摘要

The characteristic of seepage field and distribution of water head field of the 117m high Silin RCC were studied by using thin layer elements to simulate the concrete layer character and considering the drain well as the channel. The numerical results show that with the help of drain well, concrete face slab and seepage protection curtain, the uplift force beneath the dam body is greatly reduced. In conclusion, the design of seepage protection system of Silin roller-compacted concrete dam is reasonable.
