摘要

Location problem is the main research in the optimization of reverse logistics network.In most of previous papers they researched the problem based on the assumptions that callback points and return centers were set up and the affairs such as the expense were managed by manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,with the actual situation,manufacturing enterprises only set up recover centers and the callback points are self-financing entities.The establishment of bi-programming model,considering the manufacturing enterprises and the callback points respective benefit,aimed at the preferred plan where set up the recover centers.It also develops a new heuristic algorithm to solve the model,and at the same time a numerical example is given to illustrate the application of the model and its algorithm.
