Aim at improvement leaching reaction and heatrntransfer efficiency, A novel self-stirring tubular reactorrndriven by pressure energy used in bauxite digestionrnprocess was presented originally by NortheasternrnUniversity, which combined the advantages ofrnautoclaves and conventional tubular digestionrnequipment. Quasi-logarithmic equation between thernstirring speed and the various factors was establishedrnby dimensional analysis method. The resultsrndemonstrated that higher pressure promoted thernappearance of more obvious turbulence and improvedrnthe mixing effect of media in the reactor. Thernquasi-logarithmic equation between the stirring speedrnand the various factors was:rnN = 356.7053 ρ~(-0.43227)μ ~(0.13546) P~(0.56773)H~(-0.86454).rnrnrnrnrnrn℃
