摘要

Random vibration test specifications are very often derived from the P.S.D. envelope of the realrnvibrations, with time reduction. The shocks are specified by envelope of their S.R.S.. After recalling thernprinciples of this method, this articles gives examples of some of its limitations as well as the value ofrnthe method using the E.R.S. and F.D.S., which is much more flexible to use, does not employ additionalrnhypotheses and does not present such disadvantages.
