Optimum production from a gas lift well mainly depends onrnproper injection gas quantity, injection pressure and depth ofrninjection. The quality of down hole gas lift valves plays arncrucial role in achieving maximum efficiency of a gas liftrnsystem and un interrupted oil and gas production . This studyrncarried out by probe testing and dynamic testing enable us tornanalyse the characteristics of the Bellows, termed as the heartrnof a gaslift valve, to predict various flow regimes, to design arngaslift system more accurately and proper monitoring ofrngaslift operation. The paper deals with Experimental Labrnstudy and detailed analysis of approximately 200 probe testsrnand dynamic tests carried out on GLVs of differentrnmanufacturers.
