摘要

Activity of a neuron and formulation of a neural group are presented. A bio-electrical modeling of a neuron is first presented by introducing dynamic analysis of electrical charges in neuron against conventional polarization model. Conventional model is not brought by dynamic analysis. Formulation of a neural group is then presented based on mutual pulse injections among neurons. System synchronization provides the system with physical measures of time, space, and motion of events. An essential basis was found out for commonality of researches in brain by this study.
