Recurrence of gingival overgrowth in CO2 laser-treated heart-transplant subjects

Abstract: In this work we update our report about CO$-2$/ laser surgery used to remove hypertrophic gingiva in patients under cyclosporine treatment after heart-transplant. The indications and basic results were confirmed, but we present two cases where a second surgery was needed to remove recurrent overgrowing gingival tissue. !3
