摘要

The use of drainage asphalt pavement in road construction has been on the increase every yearsince it has been shown to improve driving safety in rain and reduce tire/road noise. However,these positive effects tend to deteriorate over time as described in the road traffic noiseprediction model, ASJ RTN-Model 2003. However since the time dependant change does nottake into account the frequency characteristic, the diffraction correction cause by barriers is notconsidered.In this paper, we report the results of an investigation into the change in frequency response,diffraction correction and representative frequency over time using newly acquired field data inaddition to data collected from previous studies for expressways in japan.
