摘要

Preliminary results on the development of Cr-Ni cast alloy were summarized for the application of high temperature and corrosive-abrasive environment. 15 different chemical compositions including Co, Al, Mo, W, B, Nb, and C elements were alloy designed, and microstructure and hardness of the alloys were systematically investigated. Based on the preliminary investigation, the candidate Cr-Ni alloy (#15) was selected, and various properties including hardness, pin-on-disc wear test, wear behavior in the Zn and Al molten metals were compared among commercialized alloys, such as SAE52100 bearing steel and T800 triboalloy (Co alloy) and S816 (Co alloy). It is suggested that Cr-Ni alloy has a great possibility to be used in the very demanding environment with cost competitiveness.
