Plasma spray forming

摘要

The technology of plasma spray forming (PSF) is introduced, and the technical processes of plasmarnspray for fabricating parts and moulds are investigated emphatically in this paper. The technological characteristicsrnof PSF are summarized, including original prototype fabrication and surface treatment, post-treatment of formedrnworkpiece and demoulding methods. As well as some important factors affecting on the qualities of workpiecernformed by plasma spraying have been analyzed and evaluated in detail based on experiments. Finally, somernexperiments of PSF have been carried out.
