Knowledge Management and Innovation

摘要

This paper focuses on analyzing the knowledge management and innovation process, trying to makernknowledge more productive and create knowledge more efficiently. In this paper, an integral and conceptualrnmodel of knowledge management and innovation is presented first; then, the knowledge work process is analyzed,rnwhich is conceptualized as a knowledge spiral; subsequently, knowledge management process is conceptualizedrninto knowledge development, knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing, knowledgernutilization and knowledge evaluation, all of which can be conceptualized as a knowledge cycle; furthermore, thernfacilitating conditions for implementing knowledge management are analyzed; in the end, the input-output modelrnof knowledge innovation is given as well as the main tools for assisting knowledge management are summarized.
