摘要

Fault diagnose of the roller overrunning clutch is a headache problem in engineering at home andrnabroad. This paper introduces a new method to solve the problem by using the wavelet transform to separaternfault signal and further analyzing the impact frequency. The signal local singularities under the waveletrntransform are studied. According to the propagation features of modulus maximums of the fault signal and thernnoise under the wavelet transform different on the scales , and by use of the signal wavelet decompositionrn–reconstruction algorithm,the clutch shell vibration acceleration signal is decomposed, denoised, andrnreconstructed.The signal-to-noise of the monitored signal improved greatly.The fault characteristic signal on timerndomain is positioned.The fault characteristic frequency is picked up. Experiment shows that it is quiterneffective. the result is satisfactory.
机译:滚子超越离合器的故障诊断是国内外工程中的头疼问题。通过小波变换分离故障信号,并进一步分析其影响频率,提出了一种解决问题的新方法。研究了小波变换下信号的局部奇异性。根据小波变换在不同尺度下故障信号和热噪声的模量最大值的传播特征,并利用信号小波分解rn-重构算法,对离合器壳体的振动加速度信号进行分解,去噪和重构。监测信号的降噪性能得到了很大的改善。在时域上定位了故障特征信号。拾取了故障特征频率。实验表明,该方法非常有效。结果令人满意。
