To compete in the future, companies must learn to “pull” products through the supply chain, from rawrnmaterials through manufacturing to distribution to customers, in the right amounts and in the right assortmentsrnwhen needed. From this point of view, the effectiveness of SCM coordination is measured in two ways: reductionrnin total supply chain costs and shortening of the multi-stage response time in supply chain. It has been proved thatrnmost of the problems in supply chain logistics exist at the interfaces between the units of the chain, as therninformation has been more and more important in the supply chain operation and optimization, the seamlessrninformation transmission and processing is the key point of research to optimize supply chain management.rnBased on the aforementioned discussion, the present paper proposes a solution to the optimization of thernlogistic management in supply chain, namely, node information processing. This paper primarily categorizes thernoptimization of supply chain into two aspects; they are the reduction of the total costs and shortening of thernmulti-stage response time in supply chain. Then the author gives the concept of the multi-stage response time inrnsupply chain. Before the proposal of the method and approach of node information processing, the author explainsrnthe related concepts, such as node, node information and node information processing. Fourthly, this paperrncategorizes the approach of node information processing into four steps, which are: the formulation of the modelrnof information flow and processing in supply chain, analysis of the information processing model, putting forwardrnthe solutions to the problems in the current information mode, and the continuous improvement of the model.rnFinally, we propose five solutions to the current supply chain logistic management to optimize it according to thernproblems caused by the improper information processing analyzed on the principle of node informationrnprocessing.
