摘要

This paper presents a shape optimal design of the fillet portion on thernforged steel crankshaft of 16V240ZJ engine by using a sequential linear programming together with a three - dimensional check procedure on the strength rnwith substructure technique before and after the optimization of the whole crankshaft. In order to simulate the constraints of the crankshaft the engine rnblock is also included in the model which is divided into 16 substructure modes and 21793 nodes in all. The analysis shows that the crankshaft has sufficient strength which can entirely meet the requirements of the design and producing process after the optimization.
