OSS/BSS systems normally are vertical and disparate systems from different vendors and compose the core IT part of the whole 3G Mobile Project. A successful EAI solution of integrating the OSS/BSS systems in 3G Mobile Telecommunication Project is a key to deliver the 3G mobile services to the market and to achieve the ROI quickly and successfully. This paper briefly presents the EAI methodology employed to successfully design and implement the EAI solution for integrating the OSS/BSS systems of this 3G Mobile Project, which we believe can be used as general EAI methodology for integrating any large and complex systems using messaging bus such as OSS/BSS systems in any industry.
