Three Viewpoints on Coal Safety Management

Safety production is an important issue of coal mining enterprises in China.Safety Management aims to develop safety awareness, create a safe environment and build safety management system.'Theory of Intrinsic Safety' means the coal mining enterprises should do a good job of standard management and prevention on the following aspects such as operating mechanism, personnel, equipment, environment, etc.in order to minimize safety accidents.On account of coal miners' weak safety awareness, 'Theory of Safety Awareness', emphasizes the normative professional conduct, extensive education and training as well as scientific psychological intervention, aiming to contribute to the formation of their safety awareness.'Theory of No-Boundary Safety Management' refers that coal mining enterprises should keep with zero defects, no loopholes and no boundaries on safety issues, to ensure safety in production.
