摘要

Pressurized coal gasification synthetic ammonia system plays a key role for safety in national economy. Because ammonia production is a complex system, it is quite difficult to evaluate operation status accurately. Focusing on solving the problem of synthetic ammonia system operating status evaluation, a new approach of combining the extension theory with fuzzy mathematics was proposed. Evaluating parameters based on nine factors influencing synthetic ammonia production were selected, and an extension evaluation model for synthetic ammonia system operating status was established. A verifying example of synthetic ammonia system is calculated. It shows that the established approach was able to evaluate operation process of complex synthetic ammonia system effectively, and could be applied extensively to other complex process systems.
