Based on the simulation models of hybrid electric drive system of tracked vehicle built in Simulink, the hardware-in-loop real-time platform shown in Fig.1 is built up for the simulation of hybrid electric drive system of tracked vehicle which is able to give accurate analysis and validation to the various control strategies, while saving the developing cost and the developing time of the whole hybrid electric system.
