In this paper, the hardware realization and overall design principle of the memorized testing and measurement system which is used to record acceleration curve are presented. The design of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) can successfully realize buffing data in the acquisition process, control the operation of flash memory and realize the data transmission between the memory and PC by UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) interface which belongs to USB FX2 series chip CY7C68013. This memorized testing and measurement system once applied in some experiment which testified the feasibility of this system.
