The developed system and optimized route of electric map of city

摘要

Integrating computer graphics with database, GIS is a high and new technology with memorizing and processing information. But the electric map of city based on GIS integrates technology of database into data visualization associating with geographic situation. It has characters of abundant content, convenient information inquiry and high intelligentizing. The method which integrated VB and MapInfo is used in the paper for developing the integration of map system. The developing principle based on OLE and the method which is to used to solve the shortest route is the key problem. So the paper brings an improving Dijkstra algorithm to resolve problems that can't be directly applied in program, making it with practicability. The developed software can make user conveniently to establish the shortest dynamic route table. It has the function that could operate the map, find the shortest route between two nodes and show the results with form of text and map.
