Aim to aeroengine blade actuality of strengthening and polishing. We had manufactured Three-Dimensional Vibrating Strengthening and Polishing. The equipment had been modulated of natural frequency by variable stiffness system in order to work in sympathetic vibration. The system not only modulated equipment natural frequency but also caught Sympathetic vibration and work in Sympathetic vibration of instruction by measure on line. Measurement method and experiment research on variable stiffness provided the foundation for measurement variable stiffness on line and stepless adjustability at one time to assure capability of 3D- vibration strengthening and polishing equipment.
