The research of applying Benchmarking to the value stream analysis of project management

Projects touch all our lives in many forms nowadays; so, project management has developed quite considerably over the last two decades which will create substantial benefit in future. In this issue, the author suggests several premises and takes the new product research and development of IT industry as an example, on the foundation of the traditional value stream designing, attempts to set up a comparison chart for "benchmark" and "our project" and improve "our project" by means of Benchmarking, in order to help project managers to control time more reasonable.
