There are many critical factors which impact dimensional control in the manufacturing of high density flex circuits. A suitable means of correction needs to be determined for each possible scenario. It needs to arrange suitable correction factors for each factor. Appropriate adjustments in the manufacturing processes coupled with stable materials can help to provide dimensional control within 0.02% deviations.
