THE ACADEMIC CRM/ERP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST

This paper aims to present the CRM/ERP webapplication developed by the CISCO Academy team at the University of Bucharest in order to standardize and automatize the specific activities and processes of the CISCO Networking Academy. The first part of the paper presents the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) that gave students of our university the opportunity to access the NetAcad Program. The second part of the paper presents the main shortcomings of the CISCO management tools for Local Academies and the CRM/ERP our university has implemented to overcome these shortcomings. The presentation will include a description of the services currently offered to academic and administrative staff as well as to the academy's students.
