Based on approximate orthogonal design and orthogonal design method, the influences of multiple factors on ordinary cement paste and high-performance cement paste are tested respectively, and recommend range of mixture ration of the grouting cement paste for semiflexible pavement are determined. Besides, by referencing target values of performances of the grouting cement paste for semi-flexible pavement and the optimum mixture ratio of ordinary cement paste, properties of liquid, strength and shrinkage of the optimum mixture ratio of high-performance cement paste are analyzed. It is shown that high-performance cement paste has performance advantages because of its higher and more stable liquidity, higher strength and smaller dry shrinkage.
