Waste rubber and aged asphalt mixture are both the solid waste of the environment pollution, whose impacts to the environment were analyzed. In order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of waste, the recycling agent made from waste rubber was used to recycle aged asphalt and old asphalt mixture from the pavement in the laboratory. The results show that waste rubber can modify aged asphalt and can effectively restore Theological performance of aged asphalt. The penetration, softening point, ductility and stiffness of recycled asphalt are nearly the same as those of new asphalt, when containing about 10% recycling agent. The performance of high and low temperature, water stability and anti-aging performance of recycled asphalt mixture can meet the technical requirements of asphalt pavement.
