This paper introduces the ultrasonic probe technique of the compressing strength of grouting soil(using the cement 325# and 425#), and analyzes the relationship between the compressing strength of grouting soil (including the grouting silt and the grouting sand) and the ultrasonic velocity (including the primary wave and the secondary wave). This paper also discusses the influences of the water-cement ratio and the ratio of the sophisticated cement on the compressing strength of grouting soil. Moreover, used mathematical statistics, the data gotten in the experiment are analyzed and some valuable conclusions are also drawn: (1) Generally, the higher the wave velocity is, the higher the single axis compressing strength of the grouting soil is, The correlation of the compressing strength and the wave velocity was exponent function;(2) The ultrasonic transmit was different between in infinite medium and in finite sample, the sample could be as the isotropy infinite medium under a certain condition, therefore the choice of appropriate transducer frequency and the sample size was all-important;(3) In the grouting sand, the higher the content of water is, the higher the wave velocity in the different degree is, but in the dry grouting silt and its wave velocity is less than 2000 m/s, the higher the content of water, the slower the wave velocity visibly;(4) the higher the ratio of the sophisticated cement is, the greater the compressing strength of grouting soil to some extent is and its degrees is different according to the different water-cement ratio.
