Lake Environment Management Institution of Cities

摘要

Lake in a city is one of the most important resources of the city. It is badly polluted now. Because of improper human activity, the lake environment is changing badly. The management institution of city's lake environment has many serious problems, so the Lake Environment can't be well managed or exploited. This paper analyzes the problem of Lake Management and finds the causation. Then this paper discusses the management institution of city's water pollution and brings forth "the management institution model of city' s water pollution".
