Development of Nb-Ti Micro-alloying Automobile Plate QStE340～460TM

摘要

Based on the systematical research of the Nb micro-alloying technology in EAF-CSP process, the effective measure was proposed to solute the mixed grain. The automobile Plate QStE340～460TM was successfully developed by the Nb-Ti micro-alloying technology. The analysis indicated that the developed Nb-Ti micro-alloying plate has the outstanding toughness, the cold forming performance and the good welding performance, which completely satisfied with the request of automobile and semi-trailer。
