Analysis and Discussion on Several Subpixel Registration Algorithms

In the paper, several subpixel registration algorithm used in image processing technique, including image correlation and interpolation method, edge and region based subpixel registration method, etc., was analyzed and discussed. On the basis of analyzing, characteristics and scope of application have been put forward.
