ARE INFRARED RADIATION THERMOMETERS USEFUL FOR HACCP

摘要

In the article the analysis of six infrared radiation thermometers (IRRT) is presented in terms of their metrological characteristics such as accuracy and uncertainty. The analysis was performed to determine the suitability of IRRTs in the system called Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
