The function of corrosive medium processing on the reinforced concrete (RC) structure is depicted as fuzzy-stochastic model. The corrosive rate in multifold medium environment is not only differing from the single rate determined by the most powerful one, but also unconformable with the simple sum of each rate caused by corresponding medium. Based on the fuzzy gradation on each certain corrosive medium, taking into consideration of relativity of these mediums in the same environment, the corrosive arithmetic operators in multifold environment is formed in the way of fuzzy-integration, then, the functions of all these mediums are assessed in one procedure. The first-order-secondary-moment approach is used to determine the dynamic reliability of the RC structure, and the relationship between corrosive environment and structure durability is set up, which facilitates the analysis of durability attenuation of RC structure and the design of corrosion-free structures. The practice sets up a platform for the active corrosion-free design for the structures in the corrosive environment.
