Construction of Safety Ensuring System in Cheng-Kun Railway

摘要

By means of information technology and management, a multi-layer safety ensuring system is constructed containing exact prevention in advance system, quick rescue system and multi-level safeguard system soon after the accidence. At the same time, international safety criterion evaluating system is introduced to standardize and systemize the ensuring system.
