@@Block copolymers (BCPs) have attracted significant interest in recent years, since the highly ordered nanostructures formed by self-assembly can be found in a wide range of promising applications.1 The composition, molecular weight, and processing conditions used strongly influence the morphology and nanostructure of these BCPs and, hence, their mechanical properties. In this work, using a nanomechanical mapping technique based on atomic force microscopy (AFM),2 we investigated the effect of composition and process conditions (include annealing and shear rate) on surface topography (nanostructure) and nanomechanical properties of a poly(styrene-b-ethylene-co-butylene-b-styrene) (SEBS) triblock copolymers.
