Study on the Classified Discernment and Measurement of the Information Risks

How to measure and analyze the relation between information and risks? Proceed from realistic system, we can sum up three questions of measuring and analyzing the relation between information and risks. 1) Without or lacking information can bring more heavy risks, so it's needed to study absolute information risks; 2) Information asymmetry brings various kinds of risks in exchanging, so the relative information risks should be studied; 3 ) If it is already full of information or occupying certain information, however , the " dull p henomenon " that reacts to information has appeared just because of the individual or collective 's limitations of information processing ability, the information technical skill risk hase to be studied. This text has concentrated on discussing these three kinds of information risks, and used the systematic methods to measure information risks, that is the so-called " risk method of information ".
