Stress-Sensitive PMOS Operational Amplifier and Its Application in Silicon Pressure Sensor

摘要

The design methodology of stress-sensitive operational amplifier (SSOA) is proposed on the basis of piezoresistive effect of MOSFET. As one of its applications, a new kind of integrated pressure sensor using a SSOA as both transduction element and signal amplifier is developed.
