Water in formation will flow into well bore when gas wells develop to some extent in reservoir with edge and bottom water, and well be produced with gas. Then Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow in Well bore is formed. By analyzing gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns distribution of different stage in well bore, this paper presents the methods to analyze two-phase flow patterns and estimate liquid loading in well bore using pressure data of wellhead, and establishes the model of the interface between annular-mist flow and plug flow in well bore to calculate the distribution of pressure and temperature in well bore. The model proves high precision and can be employed in dynamic monitoring of practice gas wells producing water.
