A Study on the Applicability Model of Record Approaches to Team Knowledge Creation

Modem organizations are more frequently using teams to address complex or creative tasks. This study seeks to find effective and efficient approaches to promote team knowledge creation. First, we present a classification method for team knowledge creation activity and for the corresponding team knowledge creation activity tracking approaches. Second, the applicability model of knowledge creation activities & tracking approaches is set up by the method of Backpropagation Neural Networks (BPNN). According to the results of NN model, the appropriate tracking approach is rationally selected on different conditions. The NN model provides a tool to support to rationally select tracking approaches on different conditions.
