Information System Development's Complexity Thinking Based on the Essence of the Information Discussion

Information system is the most important infrastructure in the Information society and software development is a vital action for the exploration of information resource. In recent years, software developing has been meeting unprecedented difficulty because of the enormous change of the software engineering environment including the society and technology. From the point of view of complexity science, this paper attempt to analyze the reasons, essential characteristics and to be solved problems urgently about the information system development's complexity by discussing the essence of information.
