Now we are running a large key project titled in "The study on metasynthetic systems with the combination between man and machine for decision support of macroeconomics" (1999-2003). We use the Metasynthesis and Wuli-Shili-Renli systems approach to guide this project In order to build the consensus we wish use the DMTMC system to help the meeting process much more efficient and effective. There are some specific features emphasized in this project Metasynthesis approach proposed by Qian, Yu and Dai in 1990 wishes to unite organically the data, information, model and experience to solve the open complex giant system problems. The design of Metasynthetic Engineering (ME) Hall contributes to collect and develop the knowledge and wisdom or creation directly from experts and decision makers who attend the discussion meeting in this Hall. The large key project titled in "The study on metasynthetic systems with the combination between man and machine for decision support of macroeconomics" (1999-2003) mainly uses these two important ideas to support resolution of the system problems happened in the macroeconomic complex system. In this key project we may divide our tasks into four parts: 1) Design a prototype of Metasynthetic Engineering Hall; 2) Provide the necessary economic data, information, models and knowledge; 3) Provide the appropriate metasynthesis methods and study on the economic complex system; 4) Design the KDD system and study on cognitive science for economic decision. Each part had assigned to several research organizations. More than 14 universities and research institutes have participated into this project. In order to coordinate and integrate different parts in total project an overall group has been organized in this project In this paper we will introduce more about third part, three universities and one institute have taken charged into this part.
