The paper reviewed the three periods of knowledge comprehension and integration the author practiced. Gave a more detailed description of practices on metasynthetic reconstruction analysis. Lastly gave a prospect of instaneous decision support, discussion and manuscript writing support based on knowledge-information man-computer combined metasynthetic system. Metasynthesis is a concept proposed by QIAN Xuesen and his cooperators. It requires comprehension and integration of information, quantitative and qualitative knowledge, including expert's experiences. Comprehension of data and quantitative knowledge were in some extent been practiced for quite a long time in quantitative analysis. Comprehension of qualitative information and knowledge were widely practiced by speculative analysis. Combining qualitative and quantitative knowledge in comprehension were also performed in a lot of natural and social science studies and comprehensive studies. Man-computer combined qualitative to quantitative comprehensive integration is one of the main methodologies in metasynthesis. This paper will review the recognition process and experiences of some past to recent practices in knowledge comprehension and integration researches.
