Measurement and Motivation of Human Capital

摘要

Through the survey on researches on Human Capital Theory, this article deals with the measurement of human capital from an input and output viewpoint and puts forward the hypothesis of bring human capital information into financial accounting system. In addition, human capital should be motivated on the basis of measured human capital information.
