摘要

The measurement of the light fluxes ratio is the basis for the operation of a series of instruments. The accuracy of these instruments depends on the linearity of characteristics of photoreceiver transformation. Because of this the instruments are necessary for prompt measurement of nonlinearity error of photoreceiver transformation characteristics. The instruments using methods of light flux summation are gaining acceptance when measuring the nonlinearity of photoreceiver transformation characteristics. At the present time the microelectronics advances make it possible on the basis of analog-to-digital converters to construct the precision controlled current sources, and on the basis of multiplying analog-todigital converters to construct the amplifiers with controlled gain factors. On their basis the method of light flux summation was realized, which allows to measure quickly the nonlinearity error of the photoreceiver transformation characteristic. The sources were considered affecting the accuracy of a given method and the formula was given for calculating the instrument error,using this method, as well as its practical realization.
