The Data Correction of Dielectric Spectroscopy in Testing the Solution of Infectious Bronchitis Virus

The dielectric behavior of Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) is tested with Agilent 4294A impendence analyzer. The series dielectrics model in the experiment is presented and analyzed. The dielectric spectroscopy figures are given through the tests. From the experiment, the conclusions that the absorption peak is caused by the virus while not other factors can be drawn. Through the theoretic calculation and data correction, the influence affected by the glass and air has been eliminated. The dielectric behavior of virus can be expressed by this method in the dielectric spectroscopy.
