E-commerce and Project Consulting - Feasibility Analysis and implementation Framework for Consulting of Engineering Project Based on Internet in China

In recent years, E-commerce has gained great development in China, and its integration with traditional industry has become essential for it to maintain fast development. Through full market analysis and competitiveness analysis, we propose a framework of FACS (Full Application Consulting System) for engineering projects based on Internet in this paper.
