How to Reform the Tax Policies to Promote the Development of Electronic Commerce

The fast development of E-commerce has been causing great lash to traditional tax policies. The article analyses main propositions on E-commerce's tax policies at present in the world, probe into some fundamental problems of formulating E-commerce's tax policies, and expound how to reform present tax system to promote the development of E-commerce.
