摘要

Numerical simulation is conducted under two working conditions based on the experimental researcho Through comparison with experimental results, RNGk-ε models is demonstrated to own high computational accuracy. Furthermore velocity and contaminant field are simulated under different softwall height. In order to keep the unidirectional air flow, the simulation result shows that the distance from the bottom of softwall to the ground must be less than 0.8m, and if the cleanness of working plane is considered, the distance must be less than 0.5m, the simulation results agree well with experiment one basically.
