Study on the Emergency Management Mechanism of Public Finance

Finance is the important means of the national macrocontrol and the important guarantee to promote comprehensive and concerted development of social economy. Respond to emergency management requires a huge capital investment, while emergency response management is social public goods, unable to resolve through the market. Therefore, as an important means of macroeconomic control, the important functional department of public management, financial department, must undertake this function. This paper analyzes public finance emergency management theory study from the domestic scholars, and explains the situation and existing problems of the emergency management of public finance. On this basis, the idea of establishing emergency management mechanism of public finance is proposed.
