INVESTIGATION ON ACTIVE QUEUE MANAGEMENT IN NETWORK CONGESTION CONTROL

摘要

In the study on network congestion control,the Active Queue Management (AQM) based on the IP layer has become one of the hot fields recently.In this paper,we introduces the basic information of the AQM; meanwhile,we propose the fuzzy control algorithm based on AQM research and verify it by using network simulation.We have got the result that this algorithm could accelerate the queue convergence,improve the queue stability in the condition of the heavy network load and improve network performance.
