Study on the Properties of Non-steamed Curing Brick Made from Building Waste

摘要

In this paper, grind powder of building waste, including waste brick and waste concrete, was analyzed by two ways: chemical composition analysis and activity appraisal, and was taken as the principal raw materials (above 80% to the content) to prepare blind hole brick and standard brick by pressing technology, curing at ambient conditions. The results indicate that, grind powder of waste brick and concrete has secondary hydration activity, it is a good renewable resource. The preparation process of non-steam curing brick made from building waste is simple and easy to control, and the quality meets the national related standard of wall brick, which has the good economy and the environment benefits.
